FAQ for Courses

Q: When will I be able to access the course I paid for?

A:
You should be able to access your course as soon as payment has been made. A receipt will be sent out after you pay for the course. Once you receive this, you may log in under the My Courses link (this is a drop down within the COURSES tab on the top navigation bar). 


Q:
How do I access a Course after I’ve paid for it?

A: Make sure you are logged in and click on the My Courses link (this is a drop down within the COURSES tab on the top navigation bar).


Q: How do I log into my account?

A: Click on the My Courses or My Account link (this is a drop down within the COURSES tab on the top navigation bar). 


Q: How do I access and print my Course Certificate?

A: Click on the My Courses link and then click on the Completed Courses Tab (next to the “Active Courses” tab) . Then click on the the blue “VIEW CERTIFICATE” button (next to the “view results” button). Note: the VIEW CERTIFICATE button will only appear if you are logged in and have successfully completed and passed the course a certificate is assigned to.


Q: My name appears incorrectly on the certificate. Is it possible to change this?

A: Click on the My Account tab(this is a drop down within the COURSES tab on the top navigation bar) and log into your account and click edit your password and account details. Enter your First Name and Last Name (note: this is the name that will appear on your certificate. Verify your email address and password and click on Save Changes.

Q: I lost my password and cannot access my account. What do I do?

A: Click on the My Account tab(this is a drop down within the COURSES tab on the top navigation bar) and click on lost password. Enter your email address and a new password will be generated and sent to your email address.
